The aim of this report is to research the flow of information in the company .

PRESENT PROBLEMS
Staff isn’tare’t encouraged to take on new tasks connected with improve flow of information.
Management have been ignoredignoring suggestions and complains.
RECOMMENDATIONS
New computer system which will help the flow of documents should be adopted.
Research should be carried out again after starting the new programme.
