Hope all is well. I'm sure by now you have heard what happened.
I wanted to give you my side of the story so that you can document the incident.

I was to invited to a meeting yesterday by the office manager Frank and two other supervisors Joyce, and Micheal along with Samie, Berline and Gabin.. t
The meeting was about an email received from an American airline constumer complaining about foul language used at the counter while there was kids present. w
We didn't have a chance to see the email or whatsoever.
He also talked about a cell phone that had been used while at the counter and at that point everything was going well. a
As the meeting was about to come to an end Joyce mentioned she expect everyone to do what they are suppose to do especially filling paperwork in the back office f.
From there a situation ariose when I mentioned that I was well aware of my job description,.
I Ihave performed my daily task with little to no supervision
And this when out of no where.
The office manager asked me to write and email to him detailing my job description, with an undertone of intimidation and arrogance.
I felt like I was beeing bulliesd by him, wthen I questioned his motive. Then h
He started screaming and said "Do you know who I am, Do you know who you talking to?" numerous times. and then
I got quickly ouleft of his office because Hhe wouldn't tell me why I should write out my Jjob description out of the 4 of us that took part of the meeting.
I kept on asking him why and instead he got louder and kept on saying " do you know who I am , Ddo I know who I am talking to".
I was unfairly sent home, just for asking afor clarification about his request, .
I felt like I was beeing pressured.
No one deserves to be treated that way, regardless of your title or your position.
