Christina fails to follow the department's SOP. She gets the work completed but only seems to work on things when she isn’t handling things that are non-work related. She allows her assigned accounts to stack up in the distribution queue while others on the team are constantly working on removing items from the queue. Her work gets completed but only when she is ready to work. Her attention seems to be focused on non-work related items, and everything else takes a back seat. Small details are often also overlooked and are not seen by Christina as anything significant even when pointed out to her by her supervisor.
