I’m so sad for you that you dontdon't have time for yourself and that you are very busy. I had a similar problem at your age. (for example: i couldnt, I couldn't sleep at night becauasebecause I aaswas so stressed by what grade I got fromon the test , or i didnt earI wouldn't eat or drink anything because I was afraid that the next lesson would bewe would have an exam.). thatThat was awful! But I found a way to deal with it. For, for example: aA few minutes before going to bed you must, dream about something nice and drink tea with mint, butand when you are at school, you must talk a lot of with friendfriends.
