I have gone through the mailemails, and I am concerned about a few things. The joining date is mentioned as being 26 April, 2021, which I cannot assureensure at this point of time assince I havepreviously communicated to you before that my current organisation has an SOP of a 2 monthsmonths' notice period which I am supposed serveto give them. Though there are chances sometimes, to get it reducereduced to 30 days (which is a buyout option where a month of themonth's worth of salary needs to be paid) also, I need to check with my manager and it totally depends on the project needproject's needs. Hence, I can't assure you of athat joining date in 1 month can be respected, and I requestwould like to ask you to please consider it as being in 2 months ininstead; in case if it can be reduced, that will be a plus point.
I have gone through the salary description, and I am happy with the salary being offered but I expectexpected a little more of 12-15 % hikemore in the proposed salary structure, andso I will be very greatgrateful if this can be considered fromon your end. As I am gettingsupposed to get a 14000. Rs company bonus and a client bonus of 30000. Rs which I am about to get in April and June which will otherwise be missed. And alsoAlso, I am about to get a yearly hike in the month of June. Considering all thesethis, I am expecting a hike of 12-15% morehike from the proposed salary structure. I have attached my expected salary structure, excel sheets requesting in an Excel sheet, and I ask you to please consider it.
