It has everything thing: schools, stores, restaurants, entertainment - you name it. bBut there is not enough housing for the low income population. I see an opportunity to make a profit from, because I have asked around, and a lot of people can't afford an apartment. so mMy plan is to build a complex, set up like a hotel, with 50 rooms with a bathroom, and furnished with a single bed with a wall unit energy saver ac and a small fridge; also buildraws an closet for residenthems to keep theire belongings. wIncludithng light, water, cable, and wifi, I wasm looking at $160 per week per unit. iI think this is a profitable niche, especially in the cCarmichaeal rRoad area. I just need the funds to get this pron thject rmoadving. I was looking at 40% profit share to the investor that is looking ato helping me funding this project.
