Since coming to cCarlsbad I have participated in resets and downloads, asking and conveying important information for my peers, as well as providing feedback. I took time to send out the VMI watch bands VMI as well as color ing them, and linked the article for quick referencing. I’ve made sure when closing to clean the bar and organize the tools needed for appointments, as well as makeing sure the “Self Service” is raun nightly. andI even fashioned some new cubby’ies for organization. When opening, I get out early to greet the customer and paint the picture of what it looks like when the doors open and belisten prtovided feedback abyout how good that has been. I haven't been redinvefinting the wheel completely, but I definitely reach out within the store to touch as many aspects that I can, helping to bring the team together as a whole.


Results

This last year I put myself out there a lot., Hhelping with training,; Ccovering whole -day mMac queue’s on my own due to call off in the Family Room,; staying later to help the team not struggle,; leading resets and trying to get the team to learn more about each other. I helped train multiple peers in my time at North County and was frequently looked up to as a go -to person for issues with devices.

Since I had started the emerging issues idea, I was told by my peers that they weren’t getting the verbiage that’s was used on iDesk, and that it wasn’t evisuallye appealing,. I teamed up with Lindsey, Heather and DK to provide keynotes whitch had information in a more of a condensed and understandable way and provided them in template form to be put up for display monthly where iI could just update the information shortly over PD time.

I teamed up with Rob, Delane, Chris and Adam to work on my “Share yYour Idea” to get helpful insight and refine and compile the idea in more of a solid manoner. When itall was all said and done, I submitted it to aApple and never heard anything back. I’m still hoping that something will come of it and will providesent my idea to the management team of Carlsbad in hopes that in some way we can still get it out there.

The community outreach initiative seems to be changing (not that Iit wasn't working). iIt just seems that their legality’s tois just reaching out in the community and helping, and so the company is currently reshaping what that looks like and. I hope that Carlsbad allows me to continue to help with whatever that becomes down the road.

My goal with aApple is to continue to grow within the company,. I have personally been learning programming sSwift and I hope that one day I can land a career opportunity in those fields. In the meantime I’m focused on my role and turning that into "Genius." I feel prepared and I’m hoping this year I can make that a reality!
