I have sent many time messages to you all about the machines installation . But unfortunately , no response . The technicians in Kuwait are trying their best to figure out how to install the pieces together for the ones.

the counter measurements .
We're increasing totally differently than the plan, In which it led us to a mess and delays in installation.
Not only this , Wwe have to knock (2) (2)down walls , floor tiles, too, and finding a location to install
a cooling water tank system in the kitchen for the ice cream machines . I have sent yesterday few questions (3 ) to Matteo and asked for an urgent meeting with you all . Neither of you (4 ) (3)have answered me yet . I believe , the amount money we have paid to the suppliers , should force them to give us a better service to you and to us ,
even if they were ion a vacation . It would not cause them much to send form s.
eEach , one technician for few days , to supervise and install the machines , because they understand their machines system ands, their needs and the
most to save time and reduce expenses. A gain we are in a big mess and
