*Appearance and Job Performance:
PVT Diehl, your uniform has met the standard outline in AR 670-1. C
You have continued to take pride in your uniform and your military equipments, keep up the good work and continue to lead from the front.!
I must start off by saying great job during the field exercise last month while the company supported the battalion. Even though I wasn't there to assess your performance but, based offn all the information that I have gathered from other NCO'S within the platoon, they hallve sayingd that you were dedicated to the mission. You were in charge of transporting fuel to different training areas while making sure that all fueled that wereas dispensed was annotated on DA Form 3643 an accounted for.
As a fueler your job can be very demanding and some times stressful, so it's important for you to maintain your military bearings at all time.
*Physical Fitness:
It is very important for you to maintain your physical fitness at all times. Even though we do PT five times a week sometimes you will have to do PT on your own to maintain your physical skills.
There is an upcoming APFT next month. tThis a good opportunity for you to increase your score and push yourself to the maximum limit.
*Leadership:
As a 92F you will deal with soldiers and senior personnel on a daily basis. Ensure that you maintain the proper military courtesy and professionalism at all times.
Your leadership capabilityies are not well rounded, but there are still some areas that you will need to start working on, i.e. being at your right place of duty on time so that you are aware of what should be done for that particular day.
Do not become disrespectful or unprofessional with other sSoldiers/lLeaders as it does not reflect good leadership qualities.
*Communication/Accountability:
Effective communication is one of the most lethal forms of communication. It is essential both parties are on the same page.
This is something that you can start implementing on a day to day basis. It is your responsibility to keep me informed of any appointments or personal issues.
Accountability as a Soldier is very important and as a non-commission officer is my duty to keep track of your whereabouts at all times.
*Promotion:
You need to start working on your correspondence courses before it is too late,. tTake the advantage of this time, things like these is what will set you apart from your peers.
