On 09/28/2016 at 20:20 I was dispatched to the kKings apartments 11315 Grandview road for a suspicious person in a car. Arrived at location at 20:30. I made contact with the black female, I asked for her identification her name is Jacquelyn Reagan. I asked what she was doing sitting in her car and she stated she was waiting for her daughter who lives at the kKings apartments to get off work and that she works down the street. I told her she couldn't be loitering and that she needed to leave. She left without incident.
