Teamwork is just as important as obedience and discipline. The team lives ofr omf teamwork, as well as tactical maneuvers, tactical operations, and tactical deployments. You need to be able to work in a team, and trust your team members. You are not able to accomplish a destination alone, especially in a field of risks and life -threats. You need your team, and you need to work with it to accomplish the destination oin a safe way for every participant of the situation. Furthermore, teamwork gives you an advantage in the tactical field, and can be very efficient, especially against armed suspects or situations where you need to have a team. During my daily tasks as a police officer and supervisor I recognisze how important it really is to be able to work in a team. For example, every back up request requires teamwork, every pursuit requires teamwork, every dangerous situation requires teamwork. Our work as an officer or supervisor is based on teamwork.
