Firstly, no court has ever ruled that any checks be sent to Pam, this happened as a result of the Blackburns being put on notice of the appointment of Pam as Gguardian of your mother. It did take the lawsuit to convince the Blackburns and Vicky to accept the fact that the full payment should be made toin your mother´s interest. For sSeveral years before Mary came to live with us, Vicky had taken half of the Blackburn rent check,s for reasons no one has yet to explain.
