Morning huddle with CSM and I went over KPI's. wWe went over Nnational accounts, I supplied Jesus with his negative accounts and had him call them on his outbound call log. My main objective on today's visit was AutoZone Pro. I was able to demo out our new and improved site. I had a couple of complaints on the change, but was able to show them key features and changed theire negative opinions.
