The objectives that relate to the goal of this health promotion program isare to:
• p Provide support for community education programs to protect vulnerable groups from alcohol-related harm.
• e Exchange information and resources, conduct education and awareness campaigns, where appropriate, and participate in joint advocacy initiatives.
• m Monitor global and local trends and contemporary research related to alcohol harms. In addition, lLegislative and policy changes will also be taken into account, in consideration of Council’s policy and actions.
• d Demonstrate leadership, by advocating for responsible consumption of alcohol within the community, among vulnerable groups.
