Hello John,
On 8 September, you helped me to meet Alessandra and Michael. They asked me if I wereas PMP certified.
That, was somethingch I was considering at that time. a
Sindce that I undertook since:, my professional experience and my training curriculum wasere reviewed in October; between November and January, I studied the methodology:; in February, I passed the exam, and I am now certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
I confess to having learnted a lot through this. And, today, that is at NNSA that, I can best put my learning into practice what I have learnt.
For example, last week, Mirela asked me to assess the risks related to the implementation of a new process. The PMI’s methodology helped me to deliver a far more thorough study: a qualitative analysis of risks (6 risks identified in this case), ordered according to their possible impact, and including with a risk response planning. Above all, thmy assessment fueled a discussion from which emerged a critical point emerged (in relation to the feasibility of a functional aspect). In short, this proved to be very useful.
I wish you a very good day, and hope to see you again soon.
All the best,
Jean-Pierre
