We have a prospective employee who we have done the initial interview with. She is a double amputee, so we were wanting to know if there are any precautions that we need to follow aswith fregard asto hiring. We have the prospective employees come in for a 2second interview, if they have passed all of requirements for the initial interview.
If, for some reason, she does not meet the requirements thato arbe requhired oafter the 2second interview to be hired, what precautions do we need to take in order not to be seen as discriminate.ing?
Please let me know, as we are ready to schedule a second interview with this prospective employee.
