Participate in reviews of disputed change orders to help develop a clear picture of the contractual and factual issues relevant to the dispute.
1.2 Coordinate with other members of the review team to develop recommendations on paths forward to resolve the disputes in an expeditious manner that is fair both to the Contract and Chevron
while taking into consideration the facts and contractual obligations of the parties.
1.3 Coordinate with other concerned organizations to obtain additional information and advice as required to be able to make fully informed recommendations.
1.4 Draft recommendation papers that are well written, concise, and easily understandable by a diverse group of readers.
1.5 Track and maintain records of reviewed disputes.

1.6 Expected to take the lead in all tasks relating to
the contract procurement cycle including, but not limited to, developing, maintaining, and administering all types of contracts.
1.7 Assist in feasibility studies to determine viable contractual options.
1.8 Coordinate with the other concerned organizations in the procurement of contracts.
1.9 Assist in developing the scope of work and other contractual schedules as required.
1.10 Work on statistical reports pertaining to contracting activities.
1.11 Perform other tasks as assigned.
