Following our telecon discussion a short while ago, I would appreciate your guidance regarding a bulk-vessel enquiryinquiry from the Far-East to Saudi – where cargo is to be transshippedtrans-shipped via Kandla and held in shore tanks, until space is secured on the next available vessel calling at Jubail .

The client would like to know whether - since the shipment would be held in shore tanks for a temporary period would- any Import Duties and Export Duties would be applicable ?
