I would like to challenge the Penalty Charge Notice. I parked my car on the street when there were NO SIGNS for parking restrictions. WhenWhile I was away, the Council put in NEW signs and startstarted ticketing my car. There was no notice to my address, I was away for less then a month. Eventually, my car was towed away. I'm attaching the Google street view from 2017 showing no parking signs on the street. I use my car to commute to work, as I work in places where there is no public transport. The situation of my car being towed away without any notice costedhas cost me a lot of stress, a lot of money and effort to find an alternative transport to work. I want to underline again, there were NO SIGNS when I parked my car, and NO NOTICE to my address.
