Boston University is a school with an abundance of courses that motivate and challenge students just like me. That challenge and inspiration enthuses me more than words can express. I revel in facing challenges head on, whether they are in academicsacademic or ingeneral life,; and putting in my greatest effortefforts to overcome them. I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment when I climb over a mountainous encountertask. For example, after something as simple as winning a soccer match against a tough team, I feel elated atwith the triumph. When I do not overcome challenges on the first attempt, I will continue to try again and again. That is the attitude I possess that builds my excitement about being a part of the BU community.
I likewise find afeel great amount of excitement inabout Boston’s rich history. Boston University lies in the core of one of the most historic American cities, the “Cradle of Liberty”. ExamplesExampless of this history are the Boston tea party, numerous revolutionary war battles, the Boston massacre, Paul Revere’s famous midnight ride, etc. Attending school there would be an astoundingoutstanding opportunity to learn more about, and experience, that history.
