Day by day, we are becoming more and more addicted to fast food. JunkWe know that junk food impacts on our health, mood and concentration, but we forgot about itthis. The most important isissue is the fact that thesethis food is despivedeprived of nutritional valuesvalue. Junk food contains saturated fats and trans fats which are not good for our health. FreguentFrequent consumption of junk food is bad, speciallyespecially for children, because they need a lot of vitamins for good growth. What is more, with junk food we consume large quantities of empty calories. Everything is frozen and next fryfried or contains a lot of sugar. French fries, chips, sweets, donuts, butgersburgers, fryfried fish and meat with several different dips on the basis ofwith mayonnaise, cause that it isbases, deliver a caloric bomb. Itthat affects our bodies and after a while as a consequence to thehas consequences on athleticism. To sum up, they say you are what you eat and it is true. Junk food may result in a determination in the poor health, various diseases, and most importantly, obesity.
