Although iggIGG scored the least for the Governance Impact assessment, a notable characteristic of the company includedwas its level of transparency to the Employeesemployees and Customerscustomers, which stood above the average business level. Weak business ethics isare brewing in the company as the assessment reveals the absence of proper internal control, and any written whistle-blower policy for fraud identification; and also to protect any employees if they report any corporate misconduct. IggIGG does not have any Boardboard of directors as it is owned by one person.
