Dear Colleagues,

It is with regret that I write this letter to inform you that my last working day with you at ABC company is today 28 June 2018.

It has been a pleasure working with all of you as we navigated both the good times and the more challenging times. I appreciate all the people who were patient with me the time to answer my calls and do the right thing at the right time.

I especially appreciate my team for their effort and hardworking,hard work; without them I couldn’t achieve what we already achieved during the last year.
