I just spoke to Televox , account # 140373, which is the main account for the health system transaction rates, which are 8-10 cents per transaction, but with the volume of transactions we do, they rate us at 8 cents. Jada mentionmentioned that account # 145784, which is a YHC account with one department under that account also gets that rate, but shouldn’t. theyThey should be getting charged 10-11 cents per transaction, and she feels thethat the only reason theythey're getting charged 8-10 is because their billing department don’tdoesn’t realize it yet. Jada wants to know if we should just merge account 145784 into account 140373. I told her I wilwill let her know what we decideddecide, but for now I said no .
