BondThe bond between school and its former students is eternal, and the Alumni Association is the medium to keep this bond fresh and alive. On the 3rd of November 2018 lakshmipatLakshmipat Singhania Academy organised its 7th Alumni Meet to celebrate this never endingnever-ending bond between our alumni and their alma mater. Alumni were welcomed very warmly welcomed at the reception. They all were escorted to the event groundgrounds very efficiently by some of the students of class 11 and 12. To mark the beginning of the program, a lamp, symbol of love and affection, was lit by Principal Ma'am, and some of the representatives of the Alumni Association. Alumni were welcomed by Ma'am, and in her address she anticipated that they would try to be the active participantparticipants in the development of the school. She evenalso wished for their bright and successful futurefutures. Ma'am's address was followed by a very melodious welcome song presented by the students of the Academy. The main attraction of the whole program was a solo dance competition for the senior group, which was organised specially on Alumni Meet to make them reminisce on their old school days. Alumni feltwere thrilled and thoroughly applauded all of the dance performances thoroughly. Some alumni were invited to share their experience and they became nostalgic at the time of sharing their past memories with everyone. Alumni wished to have an interaction with the students of class 11 and 12, and for the same , one girl, Dr Tanvi Sharma from first batch, was invited. She motivated and encouraged students to work hard and chase their dreams without any inhibition, with a song. A meeting of the alumni with Principal Ma'am was organised and it was attended by some teachers also. Some very important issues, like organisation of an annual Alumni Meet every yearMeeting and election of the office bearers were discussed in the meeting.
