Statement


Dear Officer,

I’ve been present in the United States as a student for 6 calendar years, but I do not intend to reside permanently in the US. I have a closer connection to China, where I lived for over 20 years and acquired a driver’s license. All of my family members are in China, and I visit them every summer. I Also, Ialso plan to join a long-term art program started by my friend back in China after my graduation.
I haven’t taken any steps to change my nonimmigrant status toward becoming a permanent resident. II've never violated any of the immigration laws and requirements relating to my student nonimmigrant status.
