HEALTH TIPS FOR MINISTERS
Ministers should take care of their health religiously. It is not God's responsibility to do that. Over the years, my friend, Rev. Tony, and I have shared a lot together on eating for health and importantthe importance of health care for Ministersministers.
If you are already fat, eat to reduce fatness. If you are slim, don't eat to be fat, but try to maintain your slim fitted body.
Eat food as medicine and not for pleasure. You may spoil yourself once or twice in a week, but make plans to burn it off by exercise or fasting.
Be active, do some exercise, walk for 3km five days a week, or visit the gym three or four times a week.
HaveGet a good sleep at nightnight's sleep and haveget at least one hour of sleep or rest every afternoon. thisThis will restore your energy and the proper functioning of some organs ofof your bodybody's organs.
IsIt is your duty to take care forof your health. churchChurch members don't thingthink you are a human who can break down like themthey do.
