We don’t usually tell our businessothers about our private affairs, but I was thinking that we may need to. maybeMaybe there’s someone out there that needs to see this today. weWe are looking to adopt. ifIf you or anyone you know is thinking about other options, please don’t (or please tell them not to). Please contact us; here’s our story: we have had fertility issues for 19 years. itIt was a total shock when we got pregnant with Ashley in 2004. we didWe followed treatments with her also; the doctors didn’t think it would ever happen. nowNow, for the last 14 years, we’ve had no success on our own so faithfully for the last 18 months we have been doingtaking fertility treatments again. I take fertility pills, get an ultrasound to check my follicles, and get a hCG shot every month. along withBoth of us take numerous test on us both theytests, but the doctors still can’t find a reason why inwe are having issues. In December 2018, we were so excited when we got a positive pregnancy test, andbut all that happiness quickly changeturned to sadness when we miscarried the baby. inIn January, we just recently had an IUI done with no success. weWe will have another one done next month. theThe next step, if we chosechoose to take it, would be IVF and that’s so expensive, especially forgiven the chance that it may not work.
