TodayThis morning, when I arrived at the office at 8:40, Tony and Alex of the I.T. team arewere inspecting and fixing the network issues. Advisory and Telecare Service have resumed their normal functions already, but the DT Service system was not fixed, such asand IP phones could not handle the inbound callcalls until 11 a.m.
Now I'm going to lunch, Tony and Alex are still stay in MHD to monitor the PC network and; I will keep you updated. Thanks.
Tony left MHD after ensuredensuring the PC network have resumed normal to usageits regular status.
