In this scenario, isI will be using centralized management as my strategy to better the company because using this type of planapproach will be more helpful for the managers that are in the warehouses and they know what isthe most about the problemproblems that they are havinghave. We will be using the make to stock and make to order because this is something that is going towill help us haveoffer the products that the customers want or just have them in stock and ready to ship. This will help lower the cost of materials, shipping, and transportation because we will be having thehave a level of inventory that will makefor the company to have the products and materials that they need. The otherAnother part of having a good service for theour customers we will be havingis to keep a larger inventory for the service personnel canto sell the products directly to the customers and have betterto increase customer satisfaction. Also having a meetingI will also have meetings with the managermanagers of everyeach warehouse at least oneonce or two timestwice per year to have an idea of how they are doing and ifwhether the strategy that they have itsin place is working. TheThere will be computer system will besystems working in all warehousewarehouses, to make sure everyone has theis keeping track of inventory to see, just in case they need a product butthat is not available to purchase, but they can ship it from warehouse to warehouse and it makesto make it easy to access, and also cheaper to transport.
