Abstract

The study aims to identify and analyze the Administrative Problems Facing Female Kindergarten Teachers in Public Schools in The Directorate of Education in Ajloun GovernateGovernorate and their suggestions to address these problems, the. The researcher will use the descriptive analytical method, Wherewhere the population of the study will consist of all kindergarten teachers in public schools in The Directorate of Education in Ajloun Governorate and their number is (68) female teachers,. The sample of the study will be chosen in a simple random way from the original population, to achieve the goals of the study,. The researcher will develop a questionnaire to collect the study data after reviewing the theoretical literature and previous studies, then ascertaining the significance of its validity and reliability, thennext extracting the results and main conclusions and discussing them, thenfinally the recommendations will be developed.
