After reviewing the information on your account, I was able to see that you effectively did a payment on your Amazon loan (ID:XXXXXXX) for the amount of $40.60 on 04/30/2020 (yesterday), great! Since you have already made the payment, AutoPay will jump to the next payment due date. However, please note that we will also send you reminders of loan payments.

Just as a friendly a reminder, your next due date will be on 06/03/2020 for the amount of $40.60 that will be debited automatically. AutoPay ensures that each monthly bill is paid on time. Now that you have AutoPay set up, you can still submit a payment at any time via your Axxxx Account or over the phone as a “one-time” payment.

If you submit a payment in the amount of your monthly bill prior to the due date, it will go towards that month’s bill. When the due date comes, we will not debit another payment via AutoPay. If your early payment is less than the monthly bill, the remaining balance will be debited from your bank account on your due date via AutoPay.
