Delek San
PAZ was responsible for establishing an organic recycling factory, intended to produce high purity materials. PAZ provided a complete package of engineering solutions and detailed planning in different stages of the project. The extent of work included earthworks, structural works, building services, piping, electrical, fire, and control systems; as well as the development of wastewater treatment, purification systems, and environmental quality check facilities. The team was also was responsible for handling required permits for the building commissioning.
SodaStream
As part of this project, PAZ was contracted to plan three production buildings, with a total area of 30,000 sqm.
PAZ was engaged in athe preliminary stage of the project and they have produced all the necessary documentation for the construction of the buildings;, including a feasibility study, value engineering, construction’sconstruction specifications, bill of quantities, and detailed design plans. PAZ project managers also took a role in this project;, they were responsible to overseefor overseeing and supervisesupervising the construction work on-site throughout the project.
PAZ performed mechanical, plumbing, fire safety, and construction administration services for this project.
Lavon School
PAZ was engaged to design an elementary school of 12 classrooms, including complimentary activity rooms and an administration room, with a total of 2,000 sqm.
The PAZ Engineeringengineering team was involved from an early stage of the project and its main duty was to carry out the design of the new facility. In addition, PAZ has provided all the fundamental paperwork for the development of the new facility;, including the bill of quantities, project estimate, and specifications. The consulting team has been assigned for helpingto help with all vital documentation so as to obtain the building permits.
