My name is Brandon Wilson. Cobb County, Georgia has been my main domicile, despite traveling with my mom as she was moving to different states while in the military. After serving five years in the military in Germany, I moved back to Cobb County.

While in the military, I served as a Dental Hygienist in a field medical company. Working close toclosely with medics really expanded my duties when we deployed and I worked in the trauma room a fair amount. After exiting the service, I found I was pretty decent at cooking and realized my mind was not full of flashbacks. I have cooked for 10 years at various festivals, concerts, tours, sporting events, etc. Now, our newborn is here and I had to redirect my career focus to a field that can keep me home.

Anything culinary really entices me. Whipping; whipping together some dishes people think will not taste good and then seeing their faces look at me in amazement. It is a good feeling. Hitting the trails and getting in the mountains is a great way for me to release from society. There are a lot of waterfalls in north Georgia and allthey are all quite spectacular.

My personality is quite dry and I speak with a monotone voice. Both of these work together for me because most people cannot tell if a joke is coming or if I am being serious. In the kitchen, it helped byin having young cooks ensure the quality of their food and plating.
