3. BCP Sharedshared the Gaps of Polybond in meeting the Exportexport order requirement thruthrough IECC.
4. Polybond ( ADIT ) – committed to overcome the below Gaps of CAT India requirements on time and will treat IECC ( Service Orders ) requirement with Prioritypriority.
a. Communication and Commitmentcommitment will get honourhonors across all CAT facility requirements.
b. Overall, SSP will get improvised from present scenarioscenarios within a month or two.
c. EDI / MRC systemsystems will get completely integrated and collaborated against all (MHU / BCP / IECC )facility(MHU/BCP/IECC) facilities.
d. Polybond had recruited a new person for having overall CAT EDI / MRC accountability, will get on boarded soon.
e. India CAT team needneeds to start collaborate thrucollaborating through MRC schedules – BCP/ IECC / MHU.
5. SPM / SQEP ( GOLD Certified ) – Polybond committed to sustain and meet all the QCLDM requirements as per CAT requirements. ( PPM - 0, SSP – 100%)
6. Ganesan Explainedexplained the supplier relationship Pointpoint of contact will be Vinu – Policy Buyer buyer, Karthik – Policy SDE, & Ramu – Policy Managermanager.
7. SPM Review needreview needs to conducted on Qtrly.a quarterly or Halfhalf yearly basis including all CAT facilities – Vinu (CAT Champion) / Chetan (Polybond Champion).
