Worries that I need to specify -

For Anil (Internal Senior Reviewer)

1)Even however1) I generally share fail tasks at my earliest, he has not finished it on time. I have informed you so often about this issue, haven't I?

2)Even not give a reply2)Not replying soon. Thenenough. I need to inform him over thea call or on WhatsApp. So my question is why Dodo I need to call him for every arbitration, every time??time?

Is thisIt is not his obligation to check my emails properly, reply quickly, and arbitrate the project on schedule??schedule.

3)Sometimes he missed escalating the project. It isn'tThis hasn't just happened one timeonce however. It suchhas happened a significant number of times, and likewise, Ashish likewise dohas done this many times.

4) Project >165847:Even even though these tasks have many MN, PS, and RD errors, he arbitrated only a single error!!! whaterror. What say is it right??right?


For Prithvi(External Resource)

First, I would like to determine what he does -

Arbitration of Pass ProjectProjects
Arbitration of Fail ProjectFailed Projects of Raju/Prithvi
RCA/Escalation sometimes

He does all responsibilities on an hourly premise.
Everything is going good with the exception of these:

He never attemptattempts to arbitrate all errors as he isn't the right person, because someone who reviewed the file may arbitrate it properly.

He dodoes arbitrate the task but never escalateescalates the project on time, even when he knows Reviewera reviewer has been given the feedback is nonot correct.

Sometimes it usually happened when Charu informed us with reason that we should escalate/arbitrate this file in this way, still he don't arbitrate that project.

My Suggestions

We should do arbitration of all projects internally whether itthey pass or fail.It This could be happen with proper planning. Moreover, we should make sure in our team that arbitration areis happening within 3 days.
