David Justjust called me back .

He said that our original assigned person to provide training is on long term sick leave due to Covid-19. It does not look like he’s going to come back as he is still not wellunwell. He gave me a rough plan and a time table . David will be meeting his team next week so hopefully he can provide with more details after.

As we decided to go live with Flexi pay , to implement TMS we would have to do some testing first to see if the data feeds well to Flexipay. As flexi payFlexipay will be live at this point to be able to test it they will have to set up a duplicated Flexi pay system.( Testingsystem (testing sessions on flexipayFlexipay duplicate will be charge free due to delay ).

Looking in to his diary, he gave me a rough start date – this might be July at the earliest . itIt would take 3 Monthsmonths to implement it,; we are looking in to September go live date. ( It(it would be tight and would be better if we could allow another month to make sure everything is feeding well in to Flexipay. ( to avoid any issues at a later date).

Project might start earlier if Richard ( person of sick) will be back and will be able to pick up project again , but this is highly unlikely. David is looking to assign a new person for a Projectproject ( he said they are fully booked at the moment), we will receive new Projectproject plan mid April.

At this point, he can’t give more details due to shortage in Staffstaff.
