There are many people around me who are against seeking preventive medical care. However, the reasons are different from one person to another. One of these people in my life was my father.
My father,
who died four years ago after he suffered from severe heart failure. He did not want to receive his anti-hypertension’santi-hypertension medication because he dodid not believe that his blood pressure was high. Me and myMy family and I convinced him to to take the medications. However, he stopped all of the medications after he developed multiple side effects.
He was uncomfortable with these effects because he felt the painpainful side effects, but he had no problem with the blood pressure because he can’tcouldn’t feel the hidden effects of it.
I believe we need to improve the way of educating thewe educate people about the possible effects of some preventativepreventive care as well as understanding there feelingand to understand their feelings regarding these effects andin order to determine how to overcome these problemproblems to ensure the most desirable health outcome of health.
