Bill,

As we
talked aboutdiscussed last week, attached are the three different scenarios of Best Case, Realistic Case, and Worst Case. Please remember thethat the project team is fighting every day to bring in the job at the best case scenario. I personally didn’t like to do this exercise with the team. Just like Rob Aragon stated in our working session last week. Once, once you adjust the budget, people thinksthink that that's the new budget. I can ensureassure you that no one feels that way, and we are fighting for every dollar. We are making great progress on the Mountains Cascade change orders they have requested. I can ensureassure you not inthat this is not the direction that Mountain wanted.

I theThe realistic case scenario is the one that matches the working session we had with Rob and Rick out at the job site. We adjusted items like JT unit and landscaping per the working session we had last week.

The worst case scenario
it'sis very unlikely, as we threw contingencies on everything remaining and even bumpbumped JT to $20,000 per/lot.

As always
, please feel free to e-mail meeither myself or the team.
