As discussed, here is the information on the entities we need articles and an operating agreementagreements for. The first one is Sparky Investors, LLC. This entity will be made up of a group of investors. This entity will invest into a hotel Garn Development is developing.
The second entity is Forza Equity, LLC. This entity will be used as an asset manager and will charge 5% to entities like Sparky Investors, LLC and others in the future. (on(On our call I thought we might use Forza Equity V, LLC but instead let's set up a new entity). OwnershipThe ownership for Forza Equity, LLC will be CWH Enterprises 50%, JPM Enterprises 30%, TAO Broker Corp 20% (same ownership group as Forza Development).
